Appley Beach House is a grand three storey Victorian detached residence at Appley Beach, Ryde, an historic seaside town on the beautiful Isle of Wight much loved by Queen Victoria and her husband Prince Albert who had their home Osborne House here which is now open to visitors as one of the many historic attractions of the Isle of Wight.

Spacious high-ceilinged rooms are comfortably and stylishly furnished with antiques, four poster and king size beds, big sofas and armchairs, games rooms with table tennis and pool, formal dining room with antique table seating 10+, sunny relaxed kitchen-breakfast room overlooking the sheltered flagstone courtyard catching the sun all day with in-ground heated swimming pool.

Stroll under mature oak trees in the lawns straight onto the seafront and safe sandy bathing beaches of Appley, breath-taking at any time but truly special in the early morning light and as the sun sets over the beach and sea with spectacular colours.

Appley Beach House has 9 bedrooms: 2 Master Bedrooms from which splendid views over the seafront may be enjoyed, one with super-king four poster bed, another with king-size bed; plus further king, twin and 2 single rooms upstairs; 2 king, one with additional single and 1 single bedroom in the ground floor suite which may be used as a self-contained unit if required.

Appley Beach House is within a few minutes easy walk of Appley and Puckpool parks, Ryde Marina, Ryde town, restaurants, entertainment and fast mainland links with London only 90 minutes away by road or rail.

Appley Beach House is within an easy drive, bus or sail of the international yachting mecca of Cowes.

Lovely long beach walks, for example Seaview to the East, Quarr Abbey to the West may be enjoyed directly from the house; these may also be cycled along esplanade and woodland paths. Along with beautiful views and walks Appley Beach House is on the round island route for cycling and sight seeing and close to spectacularly scenic golf courses at Ryde and Osborne House as well as the challenging Ventnor and Freshwater courses among many others.

There is excellent dining close by overlooking the beach. Stunning sunsets can be enjoyed from tables there as well as from the gardens of Appley Beach House.

Appley Beach House is also suitable for family celebrations, team-building, ‘house parties’ in the old fashioned sense of joining together for genteel, relaxed company in beautiful surroundings.
